About the role
As an Associate Principal Consultant, you will help shape high-quality, commercially sound learning solutions within an Executive Education portfolio. Each portfolio is sector-focused and brings together clients, programs and learning solutions delivered by a dedicated cross-functional team across Business Development, Client & Learner Solutions, Resourcing & Relationships, and Client & Learner Experience.
Working closely with a Principal Consultant, you’ll act as a senior client-facing solution architect, translating complex client needs into coherent, scalable learning experiences. You’ll support discovery, design and proposal development, balancing learning quality, feasibility and commercial expectations while contributing to shared methodologies and the continued growth of Executive Education.
Our current portfolios are focused on Financial & Professional Services, Industrials, and Public Sector (including health and education). We welcome candidates with experience aligned to any of these sectors.
What you’ll do
· Contribute to the performance and quality of an Executive Education portfolio, supporting growth, delivery excellence and client impact
· Build trusted relationships with client stakeholders in order to support successful projects and repeat business
· Lead or support needs discovery and the design of learning solutions for client engagements
· Partner with Faculty and MBS Associate Facilitators to co-design custom learning solutions for clients
· Provide advisory support to clients on capability development and learning pathways
· Lead and contribute to learning design projects of moderate complexity
· Develop high-quality proposals, tenders and solution narratives
· Contribute to scalable product development, frameworks and reusable assets
· Collaborate with Principal Consultants and cross-functional teams on shared methodologies and enterprise initiatives
· Apply sound commercial judgement to pricing inputs, feasibility and delivery planning
About you
You bring strong experience in consulting, learning design, organisational development or a related discipline, with a track record of shaping practical, client-centred learning solutions. You are commercially aware, collaborative and comfortable working in complex, matrixed environments.
You bring:
· Strong experience designing and supporting delivery of learning solutions for clients
· A sound knowledge of evidence-informed approaches for what makes learning experiences really work
· Strong capability in client-needs discovery, learning solution design, proposals and related advisory work
· Subject matter expertise in a relevant discipline or sector
· Confidence engaging with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams
· A collaborative, curious, values-driven working style
Remuneration
· Base salary: $115,000 – $150,000 p.a + 12% super
· Additional performance incentives apply
