The Opportunity

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Senior Enterprise Applications Analyst to join our Enterprise Applications team.

Reporting to the Enterprise Applications and Data Lead, you will play a key role in supporting, enhancing and evolving Melbourne Business School's enterprise application environment, with a primary focus on Microsoft Dynamics 365, Microsoft Power Platform and Microsoft Fabric.

Working closely with business stakeholders and technical teams, you will design, develop and implement scalable, secure and innovative technology solutions that improve business processes, enable automation and deliver meaningful data insights. You will also contribute to enterprise-wide digital transformation initiatives, ensuring our platforms remain reliable, integrated and aligned to the School's strategic objectives.

Some of your key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing expert support, configuration and enhancement of Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform solutions

  • Designing and developing Power Apps, Power Automate workflows and enterprise application enhancements

  • Developing and supporting system integrations using APIs, Microsoft Azure services and Microsoft Fabric

  • Building and maintaining data pipelines, reporting frameworks and analytics solutions using Microsoft Fabric and Power BI

  • Identifying opportunities for automation, continuous improvement and innovation across enterprise systems

  • Leading or contributing to technology projects through design, testing, deployment and implementation

  • Working collaboratively with internal stakeholders and vendors to deliver scalable, secure and high-performing business solutions

  • Promoting best practice in enterprise application architecture, governance and DevOps lifecycle management

About You

You are an experienced enterprise applications professional who enjoys solving complex business problems through technology. You are equally comfortable engaging with business stakeholders and technical teams and have a passion for continuous improvement, innovation and delivering outstanding customer outcomes.

To be successful in this role, you will bring:

  • Demonstrated experience supporting, configuring and enhancing Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE and Microsoft Power Platform solutions within complex enterprise environments

  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Azure services, Microsoft Entra ID, enterprise integrations and cloud-based application architecture

  • Experience developing Power Apps, Power Automate solutions, Power Fx formulas and business process automation

  • Hands-on experience with Microsoft Fabric, Power BI and modern data integration technologies

  • Experience with enterprise application platforms, APIs, integration technologies and DevOps/CI-CD practices

  • Strong technical capability across technologies such as C#, .NET, JavaScript, SQL and related Microsoft technologies

  • Experience administering SharePoint sites and collaborating across enterprise platforms

  • Excellent analytical, communication and stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to translate business requirements into practical technical solutions

  • A collaborative approach with the ability to manage competing priorities and contribute to successful project delivery

Experience with AI-enabled Microsoft technologies such as Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio, Azure AI Services or AI Builder will be highly regarded.
